While this 9mm Luger training ammunition from Speer’s Lawman series is a great practice load for anyone, it is a particularly good choice for those who carry Speer Gold Dot hollow points. Lawman ammo is engineered to produce the same felt recoil and external ballistics as its Gold Dot counterpart; this results in realistic handling and allows the user to effectively shoot his or her carry load at the range without overspending on premium ammo.

Each cartridge in this 50-round box fires a medium weight 124 grain total metal jacket bullet at 1,090 feet per second. TMJ bullets have no exposed bases and are ideal for indoor shooting. This is a standard pressure load that works well in popular 9mm Parabellum concealed carry pistols.

Speer ammo is made in Lewiston, Idaho using non-corrosive CCI Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases.
